Terms of Service

By creating a PlayNest account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use PlayNest.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal guardian or parent of any child whose profile you create on PlayNest.

PlayNest provides a parent-controlled, locked game environment for children. The free tier includes 1 child profile and 2 games. Premium tiers unlock additional features as described on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and parent PIN.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@playnest.app.
• One account per family is recommended; accounts are non-transferable.

• Child profiles represent real children under the supervision of the account holder.
• You agree not to create profiles for children who are not in your care.
• PlayNest is designed for children ages 3–8. You are responsible for determining age-appropriateness for your child.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or disable the parental lock or PIN system
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
• Introduce malware or otherwise attempt to harm the service or its users

The free tier of PlayNest is free forever and does not require a credit card. Premium features are available as a monthly subscription.

Note: Premium billing is not yet active. Pricing shown is illustrative and subject to change before launch. You will be notified before any charges occur.

When billing is activated, subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time and will retain premium access through the end of your paid period.

All game content, designs, artwork, and code in PlayNest are owned by PlayNest. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal family use.

PlayNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlayNest is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of PlayNest after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
